Here's how your letters should look like when you print them. Observe the following:
- 1 inch margin
- use Tahoma 12pts
- 1.5 spacing
- justify alignment
- follow the spacing between lines as specified in the sample below
- use a short bond paper (8.5 x 11 inches)
